      They take safety very seriously, and people care about each other. The paycheck is decent for an intern. Sometimes the company may organize some team activities in the weekends, e.g. golfing, camping, etc.

      Some job tasks may be repetitive.

      Pros

      Some of the most incredible people I have EVER worked with in my life. Every employee there had integrity and were team-players, professional, motivated, hard-working, intelligent and fun.

      Cons

      They shut down, unfortunately there wasn't enough time given to see if/how the mill could, fiscally, move forward in a positive direction.
