Interfor is a great company to work for! The organization is excellence driven and lives by their core values. Safety is truly the priority, which is clearly exhibited by all supervisors/managers I have interacted with. The company truly values its employees, and the leadership team strives be highly engaged with everyone who works here.

Cons

Long hours, occasional last-minute changes to the work schedule.

Not a bad job for the pay with benefits. It's better than working fast food which is all most the only other option.

Cons

The management tends to expect perfection to an unfair extent. If it can save them money they will move you to a lower position.
