Pros

Competitive pay. Good benefits. Several years ago it was a great place to work.

Cons

they continue to raise quotas so that bonuses are unattainable. They continue to cut marketing budgets but demand higher sales goals. Once marketers start earning bonuses they change the bonus structure to make it more difficult.

Pros

The staff works as a team. People here have a family atmosphere. Positive people, you are not driving all over the place, really good about On-Call. Just one day a week, and backup on weekends. You feel appreciated which is wonderful.

Cons

IDG bi-weekly is too long, but necessary. The pay for SOC's is way to low. The on-call pay is to low. Work many hours off the clock to keep up with paperwork. SOCs at night-ugh
