Pros

Good nursing and clinical team.

Cons

Owner hands off and manager does not understand staff. Routinely hires and fires on a whim. Inconsistent behavior and toxic work place.

Pros

Flexible hours, very nice owners, loved most of the clients, loved helping others and making them happy.

Cons

Hours are not guaranteed, hours are all over the place with clients in the morning, midday and evening all in one day, very few raises,no opportunity for advancement, driving clients all over the place or running short errands for them hard on car. Some grumpy clients. No benefits, they wont give you full time so they can avoid providing you benefits.
