First of all, this location Worthington Ohio is the management center for pretty much all Interim locations in ohio, western PA, northern Kentucky, morgantown WV area, and Indiana so if youre considering a job at any of these locations this review applies.
To kick off, the management of this company is controlled by the most petty, incompetent, vindictive "leader" with personal agendas and delusions of grandeur, the president Christine Oswald is the worst human ive met in the professional world.
Ive seen literal dozens of high talent, high capability professionals demeaned and bullied out of their roles or urged to flee this organization by her incompetent oversight. Her roller coaster of being in her favor vs on her hit list is easy to track because she openly disrespects others.
Her cheap skating budget management and her micromanagement make it impossible to achieve any goal, and you take all of the blame when things don't look how she wants them to. She has what used to be a successful operation down to its knees.
She is aggressively demeaning and disrespectful, and I cant advise strongly enough to stay away from this org, it will take a toll on you, it'll dull your skills, and it'll make you doubt your own abilities and competence. No one has succeeded and thrived under her, everyone leaves, the hard nosed types, the brown nose types, the yes people, the innovators, the work ethic purists, the honest, the two faced, those who do good work, those who do the least to skate by, they all have tried and failed to out last her, she is so problematic.
Expect regular 10pm emails with sharp language on the most trivial of minutia or obsessive compulsive paranoia about having her picture displayed somewhere not approved totally neurotic lady at that doesnt know what a president should be concerning themselves with.
