Pros

Loved my co- workers, Suncoast EMR is great, liked a couple corporate leaders.

Cons

They are crooks who take your money, do not pay out your PTO when you leave, provide barely any supplies for patient care, Cheap cheap wages. 2.90hr is your primary RN call pay. The GM is slimy like a snake and is in bed w the owner. It is just a very poor representative of the Hospice Profession. Go work elsewhere.

Pros

Weekly pay, on time, everytime. Nice people to work with. Generally helpful.

Cons

Some of the people they hire don't really care or would not be people you would want taking care of your grandparents. They'll give you short assignments that make very little money but do make you travel to fulfill yoir obligation.

Flexibility

Pros

Home health provides very flexible hours for nurses. This is especially great for those who are in school or have children.

Cons

A lot of paperwork and you will work during your "off time". Hours are not guaranteed and the business is slow during the summer.
