The mangement is very professional and careing about they employee, they are very organized and keep us informed about any changes that might occur.

Cons

That the salary need to change base on the typ of care that is given i.e. bathing, cleaning, washing dishes, sweep moping etc . Some times it take a lot of work to get it they way u want it so it sty clean on a daily bases.

The people in the office gossip to much.They talk about everyone and its RUDE. When people kept requesting me the office didnt like it at all, they told me that I was stealing peoples jobs.

Working here is rewarding only to the point of the client you take care of, everything else is very displeasing.

The best reason to work here is to be there for the clients, they need you and depend on you. You build strong relationships with them after a very short while of knowing them. They supply you with gloves and hand sanitizer.

Cons

You use tons of gas because you will have more than one shift a day. If you dont request it; they will not mail you your check. When you request off; you cannot have that day off the next year. If you request off; you have to sign a paper saying so.
