Easy Way to Get Direct Care Experience, but Expect to Get Treated Poorly.
Pros
Very easy interview and eager to hire in. Easy way to get some direct care experience.
Cons
They do not train you whatsoever and their residents get very upset when they have to direct you on what to do. Scheduling NEVER stops calling you, even when you're on assignment. If you don't answer right away they continue to call, leave voicemails, text and e-mail you. Working full-time and having a life is not possible because they only have 4 hour shifts at houses and are broken up throughout the day. Not to mention they will say you can have full-time hours but their hours are not stable enough to promise that. They will over-lap your schedule and make it near impossible to arrive on time to some homes. They also pay very poor and do NOT pay for gas expenses.
