      Great co-workers; fast paced work environment- no two days are the same; smart people; starting pay is comparable to other similar organizations

      Cons

      Not a lot of work/ life balance; they will work you very hard if you let them; hard to get promoted from within; pay tops out pretty quickly; high turnover means having to take on a lot of extra work.

      Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. Great advancement opportunities! Great benefits. Management is awesome and treats everyone the same, and treats employees very well. Very well organized. Laid back environement.

      Cons

      The pay is a little bit on the low end, but they recently gave a pay raise. But the benefits and pension plan makes up for that.
