(Examples of this include the 30, 60, 90-day Check-Ins with your manager as part of the new employee onboarding program, re-occurring quarterly meetings, team huddles, and staff meetings.) Additionally, as a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business.
