Pros

A large system with good patient services and strong, mission oriented clinical staff. Remote work for corporate employees offers significant flexibility and work life balance.

Cons

Hierarchical bureaucracy to the extreme. Service lines and work streams are deeply siloed and it is very difficult to get momentum on important efforts as a result. Lots of red tape to jump through. Also endless restructuring since the merger with SCL resulting in work stream disruptions, leader musical chairs, etc.
