Good people at mills, but corporate leadership makes poor decisions

Pros
Awesome people who want to see you grow and are not afraid to teach you the ins and outs of the paper industry. The individual paper mills are good but often have to make due with a poor budget.
Cons
Corporate is the issue, not the mills. Corporate is very out of touch with what their company needs to prosper. Dumping millions upon millions of dollars for a logo re-design and rollout when the paper mills that make your product desperately need an increase in their maintenance budget for safety and efficiency is like spit in the face of every hard working employee.
