      This is the absolute worst and most dishonest company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      I don't really see many things to keep employees happy at this company. Pay is decent, but a huge lack of honesty is present in the staff.

      Cons

      Lack of confidentiality when something is presented to HR, the entire mill finds out about it, and the insurance isn't good at all. It's actually much cheaper to go without insurance and just pay bills out of pocket for routine visits. For instance, blood work with insurance I owe 590.00$ and without presenting insurance my bill was 150.00$

      Pay was good, pockets of good people

      Cons

      Extremely political in corporate areas. Overall management does not care about employees, despite spouted rhetoric. Hiring decisions are based on whomever they want to hire, not best suited employee.

      Overtime, people are nice, close to home

      Cons

      The attendence policy 8 points suck and if you use a sick day they give you points which your being penalized for taking sick day. Your forced to stay over for people who call out and given 1/2 point if you don't stay. A very hot work place.
