Color really matters... Never have time for anything but to work and they treat there employee like crap. Then if you have a problem ( especially involving one of there friend or family member) which they tell you to address them with but really if you do you are just making it worser for yourself. They only care for the work for the company. The people at this company is very sexist and racist. This company really needs to be under investigation. Then when it's time for you to have your day off they make you work while they at home. They don't care even if it a family emergency and you have proof to provide, you still stand a chance of getting fired and you are going to get pointed it doesn't matter... They only care about the job. Even in the office part there is only one black and the only way she got there was by transfer... You stand no chance to advance with this company if your not a part of them..
