Competitive Salary - Benefits of holidays and vacation. 401K & retiree benefits. High performing colleagues.

Cons

No advancement in 10+ years. Constant fear of layoffs and pay cuts. Hiring & Promotion Bias, highly political. Expensive Benefits. Mature Product and Industry - very risk averse, lacking in creativity, but top notch processes.

Great pay and benifits and the H.R is great

Cons

Probation for 120 days and not guaranteed employeement. The green on green training is ridiculous. And the process managers are lackadaisical, and not very professional . Its a high school setting, with drugs and other substances being abused . And they choose production over saftey. I implore any one thinking about this company please reconsider.

-You can always find the answers. If someone doesn't know, there is a document, or a guide, or a system in place. -Cohesion on mission and vision -Well respected company -You don't get the feeling you will be stuck, the company really prides itself on endless possibilities, that's encouraging for someone who wants to grow professionally.

Cons

None yet, but the one thing that sticks out to me is the lack of diversity in senior level management, communications, and government relations.
