Pros

Pay Co-workers are awesome Supervisors are top notch

Cons

Management above the supervisors are terrible Promotion process is a joke. They use the employee handbook “policies” when it fits their narrative for the month. If you become complacent in a 12 hour shift and make a mistake you will be written up.

Baler (General Labor)

Pros

Overtime if you like working a lot.

Cons

The baler job is repetitive and hard on your back and shoulders. Management takes short cuts with lesser quality of paper used to produce bags which frequently break in the machines pushing back production then forcing people to work overtime during the week and work on Saturdays. Buena Park facility is small and no room for advancement from the baler job. There is no internal transfer opportunities from one facility to another. If you see a job you are interested in at another location you have to apply for it in the same manner as a non-employee. Also some locations are union and some aren't.

Pros

Person finance advise from an outside vendor, landscaping, exterior building look, internships, diversity, salary, 3 weeks vacation, on site nurse, office meeting rooms

Cons

Absolutely terrible lower level IT management, cant apply to jobs unless manager approves, no comradery with employees, lots of in fighting and finger pointing, untrustworthy management, and entirely too much unnecessary customizations of ERP system which are usually the main culprit of routine helpdesk issues problems.
