      Pros

      Very forward thinking for the safety of their people. Nice pay for hourly employees.

      Cons

      No upward movement, no training (if fact NO training what so ever for an HR). HR is an after thought at this company. Would not be a bad starting place for someone out of college, however after a couple of years start looking to move on elsewhere. Will hire outside the company before they will train you to advance.

      Very solid with grounded decision making at the top levels. Growth oriented and innovative culture.etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,

      Cons

      Slow to make decisions especially not filling positions and making contact for interviews. Can take a several weeks from application to first contact for interviews.

      Pros

      Great money, trips, free food, great exposure to upper management, some good people.The relocation package was awesome, you don't have to worry about anything, IP takes care of it, no questions asked.

      Cons

      Poor training, work you through the dirt! 14-16hour days, sometimes longer. Politics are out of control.
