Pros

Good pay! Friendly Employees & Management! Pretty easy work! Plenty of Overtime Availability! Management who actually takes employee safety very seriously

Cons

Overtime (if that’s not your thing) and working Saturdays during busy summer months. Work environment is HOT in the summer. Management turnover rate, for the most part management is very good and very helpful but can get a bad apple from time to time.

At this time they are still making payroll.

Cons

Management is the worst I've seen in 27 years. They would be a failure managing a ice cream stand,never the less a industrial mill. Completely incompetent. From the ceo down to dept. Supervisors, they all lack the knowledge and skills to be of any value. Human resources is nothing more than young college drop outs that have been given their jobs by their demanding parents that conveniently work for ip also.

Great pay, benefits above average. Lots of opportunity to move within the company. If you are a mediocre performer this is a steady place to work without a great deal of competition.

Cons

If you are an above-average performer, the bureaucracy, sub-standard HR department, and senior level ethics compromises will drive you to either conform (ie abandon you principles) or leave.
