      Complacency and Bad Business Decisions

      Pros

      I work at the Carrollton,Texas Container plant. There are no pros about working for this location of IP. The management is complacent and the entire production process needs an overhaul, especially with the delaminated and warped paper that our customers complain about.

      Cons

      This IP plant overlooks experienced employees and puts friends, family members and unqualified persons at top positions who lack experience and leadership skills. A current employee who only has three years experience was made leadman and more qualified and more experienced employees of over 15 years experience were ignored. These decisions bring lack motivation,resentment and production and our customers suffer for these bad decisions.

      great core values. As a whole this company wants to succeed

      long hours. There is not a good balance of home and work. Upper management only care about numbers not the employee.
