Pros

Pay was good, they gave out bonuses for good work. Management kept employees informed with monthly meetings. If you wanted overtime you could make a killing.

Cons

Gossip, way too much talking about people behind their backs. You'd think you were at a hair salon. If you didn't want the overtime, you were out of luck if you didn't have seniority. You basically worked 12 hours every day.

Its a big company, and I like the people that I work with.

Cons

They do not look out for the people that actually does the work. Upper management is well taken care of, but the hourly people is constantly stepped on. Our insurance is just about the worst there is and our retirement could be a lot better. If you treat people like nothing then you get nothing. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Decent benefits, flexible hours, generally motivated coworkers who care about customer needs

Cons

Project managers and others want quick turnaround on implementations but blame you later when sustainable process had no time to develop under their deadlines. Highly political culture with obvious back-scratching and favoritism. Management speaks of "infinite" career possibilities but if your direct manager has no pull or drive, you're not going anywhere.
