Business Outlook
Pros
Extremely competitive pay for the industry. Decent amount of upward mobility near term, endless amount if you're in for the long haul. The vast majority of management positions, entry level through senior, are held by employees within 10 years of retirement. Promotes from within. Very few management positions filled via external recruiting.
Cons
Promotions are not always performance based. Who you know overrides what you know. Very traditional "old school" company with an aged workforce. Slowly becoming more progressive but still a decade behind companies of comparable size/revenue. Locations in every state in the US but all senior management positions located in Memphis.
