Family oriented company with long-tenured senior leaders who willingly interact and want to mentor new talent. Develop talent within and there are unlimited opportunities if you are willing to work hard and communicate openly with your manager.
Cons
It depends on the business division in which you are placed, but a good amount of travel is usually involved since HR is very lean. This allows for a greater scope and experiences, but can be tiring.
