      They preach one thing and do the opposite , they do not care about the employees, and neither does their union

      Pros

      I would say the work load is rather slack , production varies from week to week ,but its never to stressful or physical .

      Cons

      The swing shift keeps you tired all the time, the pay scale was cut so you do the same work as the person beside you but make on average five dollars per hour less, your supervisor is whoever is friends with the manager , the union takes your money and doesn't try to help you.

      Great company, awesome work environment. They make a true effort to be a good place to work.

      unless you are and engineer, there isn't much room for advancement
