      Good Pay and Decent Benefits

      Cons

      Machines are outdated and constantly breaking down. Once hired your told you only have to occasionally work Saturday... that is a lie. You can expect to almost never get a Saturday off and your working 60+ hours a week because of their poorly maintained equipment. Also, if you have any questions for the HR department you may as well forget about it... as you most likely never hear back about your inquiry.

      I don't work there anymore.

      Cons

      Lack of promotion opportunities. Co-workers were afraid to share knowledge of process for fear that they would become expendable. Hiring Manager was fired within four months of my hire, no other managers seemed to have ever read my resume. Time with the company was a higher priority when rewarding job bids than actual experience in the industry.

      Pros

      decent benefits, decent pay but only because the union kept wages up for older employees.

      Cons

      constantly trying to employees pay management sucks way too many bosses and none want to take any responsibility younger guys hired after 2011 make less pay doing the same jobs as employees hire before 2011
