      Good People Decent Pay Good Amount of Vacation Generous with comp days

      High performers can be held to much higher standards than others A lot of long days and can be completely unexpected making it hard to plan outside of work

      Decent pay but didn’t equate to the amount of physical manual labor they wanted

      Cons

      Way too much mandatory overtime, long hot hours and if you’re a corrugator operator bye bye to set break times. Management was more like your enemy rather than there to help

      Lack of career progression opportunities for those people working in California. The company has such a difficult time recruiting and retaining people in the state that they block you from leaving.
