Pros

It's great working one-on-one with clients and seeing them settle into new lives. Nice opportunities to change what you're doing from second-to-second.

Cons

Hours are often demanding if you are not paid by the hour. If you are in casework, hours generally shift a bit from day to day.

Pros

The work that they do and the population that they reach.

Cons

IF you white then you will be accepted ( this is from leadership down). Segregation is easily display, which is bothersome considering the minorities that they vow to help.
