Poor leadership and procedural transitions, unclear communication. Impossible to meet standards when there is no direction or resources.

A great mission Very dedicated and hard working colleagues IRC does great work around the World for people in need. A truly great organization. Support it if you can.

Cons

Due to the very nature of the work involved, a large portion of work is dedicated to chasing grant money. Unavoidable I suppose.
