      Pros

      Very dedicated and passionate people. Incredible field staff.

      Cons

      Huge expectations of staff in relation to workload. Tend to miss external opportunities related to funding and other partnerships because of majority of time being spent on internal changes and operational priorities. These are needed but they have tended to absorb most of creative time over the last couple of years.

      Very kind staff, feels like you are actually making a difference and helps you build team work skills as well as communication skills.

      Cons

      You obviously do not get paid which is not ideal. This is for some one who does not mind working all day with children

      it is a good experience which you can put on your resume. you can also get fun by meeting different people who came from different countries.

      Cons

      it is too far away from my living place. they hired more volunteer than they really needed.
