Pros

Strong organization actually doing good work. Very interesting and meaningfull work.

Cons

Field staff are extremely overwork to the extent that it impacts their health. Little room for mobility. As with most organizations, a lot of time and resources are allocated to the HQ level as opposed to the field, and a dissconnect between HQ/regional leadership and the field.

Pros

You really get to make a difference at this organization. There is a wealth of opportunity to be independent and take initiative.

Cons

Sometimes felt rather disorganized due to a few case workers. Some were extremely well organized and effective, others not so much, and there didn't seem to be an appropriate system to gauge this.
