Flexible time/location (work from home)

Cons

Employees are expected to be available around the clock and more than the designated 37.5 hours a week. Employees are over worked and undervalued. There is little to no room for growth. High turn around.

the old guard is still there and they dont allow for growth. They show favoritism and they only take care of their own.

Everyone is passionate, driven and dedicated to working for a cause. Great open door policy with Supervisors. The organization takes the "IRC Way" very seriously.
