IRC review

Pros

The IRC does great work and they have a good mission.

Cons

All staff is completely overworked, under resourced. Not sure where all the donations to the IRC goes- the IRC does not pay for it's programs in the US. The programs are required to secure their own funding to operate, IRC pays the rent for the space, that is it. A lot of turn over and burn out.
