Employees can't make decisions. Micro managers. Employees are overworked and stressed. Wrong people are being promoted disregarding the advertised job posting policy and HR does not support employees. Respect for people should be taken out of the company values.

I am a current employee of over 10 years that used to absolutely LOVE my career at Navistar. Unfortunately it's now time to move on as so many already have and continue to do so. Almost all of the experienced people here have jumped ship leaving only green employees fresh out of school with no experience. Upper management continues to pick up upper level flunkies from GM (the company that was just led into bankruptcy) like they are gold. You will not be rewarded for taking on additional responsibilities - neither with appreciation nor financial incentive. Executive management continues to make decisions that is leading to employees leaving at a rate of 1.5 people per day. Current employees are required to work 2-3 jobs and most departments are running skeleton crews. RUN don't walk from this company unless you are fresh out of school or hard up for a job.
