      Navistar provides a competitive salary, job growth opportunities, and moderate training.

      Cons

      Executive management has made recent decisions that will lead to employees leaving within the next few months. Current employees are required to work 2-3 jobs and most departments are running skeleton shifts.

      Pay is ok. Hrs to work are ok 40-45/wk. Nice working areas.

      Cons

      Lack of guidance from above & decision making is all over the place. Location is expensive in Chicago. They talk & print much about Culture & Values, but no rewards as an employee from it.
