Pros

A good culture showcasing diversity and a good world view of manufacturing and operations. Good focus on the individual and excellent opportunities for self-improvement. They paid for my Masters degree and provided time to attend classes.

Cons

Sometimes the goals of the company are not completely clear to the employees. Also, the review process requires individuals to make their own improvement plan without regard for providing time to complete the plan.

good pay. OK benefit package. high potential for bettering yourself as a mechanic with online and physical schooling all paid for by the company.

Cons

some upper management needs to tighten the reigns on people who are not good for business or other employees. don't let lazy people keep holding others to a harder work day.

Excellent work culture and world head quarters campus. Everyone is willing to help each other and there is not the typical corporate stigma where someone is higher than you.

Cons

There was no overtime allowed.
