      Quick decline of a formerly great company to work for.

      Great Lisle campus and great people.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, hard to get anything done. Morale is SO low everyone is worried about job security. Constant turnover of employees. Continually more work with less resources and less people. No rewards for the people that stuck around.

      Decent pay and beneifits. Good experience. Some intelligent people

      In a major state of disarray. Its a shame use to be a great place and good products. Basically just hangin on. Management in middle are not challenging any decisions by upper management. Its lost so much talent of what made this place.
