      A good company facing some tremendously challenging times... not out of the woods just yet.

      Pros

      Lots of upside as the company and leadership tries to right the wrongs of the previous regime. Autonomy and empowered decision-making are starting to get some serious attention, which is a pleasant change. If it can right the ship, it could have a very promising future.

      Cons

      Lots of headwinds remain as Navistar tries to claw back market share and get itself back on the right track after its pursuit of an alternative emissions technology. If it's to be successful in its turnaround, it will surely look and feel like a much smaller, much different company.

      Pros

      Work with a interesting product. Moderate control of designs for size of company.

      Cons

      Pay does not meet industry standard. There is a significant imbalance with the amount of work assigned within the engineering teams. Often a select few will be handed a signifcantly higher workload.
