Working at IRMI has been a great experience. The company culture fosters genuine connections and support among colleagues. IRMI emphasizes work-life balance. Leadership cares about their employees' well-being and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life. I'm grateful to be part of such a close-knit team where I feel valued, supported, and like I'm truly making a difference every day.

Cons

Sometimes at smaller companies we need to wear multiple hats and take on a wide range of responsibilities. While this does happen at IRMI from time to time, generally, IRMI is conscious about respecting boundaries.

Nothing specific to note. Like any successful business, there is lots of work to be done but we have the right people in the right seats to accomplish it.

Just celebrated 10 years with IRMI. I love working here because of the people. I gained brothers and sisters when I joined IRMI. Our leaders are fair, care about employees and customers, and strive to be the best.

Cons

There are a lot of moving pieces to produce a top-notch product.
