Get to manage new situations everyday so good exposure

Cons

-Low support by leadership, negligible guidance provided so even if you want to do good work you don’t get empowered -bonus clawback if you leave in 9 months -low regard for process adherence, stage gates, exit criteria -Unmanageable scope creep

Pros

Working at IWG plc was a very positive and enriching experience. The directors and senior leaders were incredibly supportive and always approachable when guidance was needed. The workplace culture encouraged collaboration, professionalism, and mutual respect among colleagues. I learned a lot about operations, customer service, and managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Overall, it is a company that genuinely values its employees and provides great opportunities to develop professionally.

Cons

Like any large organization, there can occasionally be high workloads during busy periods. Sometimes processes can take time because of the scale of operations across multiple locations. However, these challenges are quite normal in a global organization. Teams usually work together to overcome them efficiently. Overall, the positives of the company strongly outweigh any minor operational challenges.
