The new building is pretty but it's hotel seating but now they're forcing everyone to come into the office. I spent 15 minutes of my morning every day just trying to find a somewhat quiet location to sit and be able to focus during the day. Also, much of the leadership is from Keurig Dr. Pepper, so they're trying to make the company just like Keurig Dr Pepper, and that is going to fail. they all left KDP because it wasn't a great, and then they try to recreate it somewhere else. Interstate Batteries used to be a great place to work I'm sure.
