      sometimes they overpay for what you do

      Cons

      health insurance is very expensive, does not cover much if one is in relatively good health, high deductible. They like "yes-man", others are viewed with suspicion. Passive-aggressive managers lack of cultural differences understanding. They display their "values" on every wall they can find but do not live by those values. Constant employee turnover in the last 2-3 years. Speaking up is not truly encouraged, "yes-man" much preferred.

      Some very nice people working there; benefits

      Cons

      1. Leadership seems to lack long term vision. Plans seem to change 2-3 times a year 2. Not much diversity within organization 3. Company values breed an environment that can make it difficult for secular people who do not want to talk about religion at work, or who don't have strong conservative values.

      Pros

      Company has been in business for 65 years. The purpose is to glorify God and they have kept that in the mission which deserves kudos. But let it be authentic and not just a PR pitch.

      Cons

      Company is too busy bringing in new talent that the existing talent is being overlooked consistently. This is Leading to high turnover of tenured, experienced and well respected team members.
