Pros

Great cultural and people. Benefits are great.

Cons

Base salary for sales folks is $37,000. They said I could earn 50k my first year. I'm one of the producers and avg monthly bonus amout to only $0 to $125, that is not enough to live on. Total compensation first year is around $40k and you have to kill your numbers to get that money. I sold $26,000 my first month on the job and my commission and bonus total was $200. Who can live on that? Not what I was told when hired.

Pros

Good benefits, Covered parking, Employee Appreciation Day, Family Day, Christmas Bonus, Profit Sharing

Cons

Have seen them fire people for no cause- apparently just b/c they upset someone which makes a stressful atmosphere where everyone is afraid of saying anything. They will ask you for input, but really don't want it- ever! Yearly raises are a shopping 3% if you really bust it. If you know someone there and are on their good side or related, you have it made- nothing you do will get you fired or in trouble- makes morale terrible.
