      Pros

      Salary okay but bonuses and commissions were a joke. Flex time if you were a favorite or kissed butt. Lots of favoritism.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. They could not manage their way out of a paper bag. They are trying to force an out dated call center model onto their franchisees. Throw in the towel. It is over.

      Benefits are good. M-F work. Develop upper-body strength. Working with variety of customers enjoyable.

      Cons

      Long hours. Physically demanding. Management treats you like a thief. Every move is watched with incredibly suspicious eyes. Ivory tower decision making that is impractical and focuses on short term gains rather than long term success. Management is heavy-handed and quick to threaten termination over anything. Confidential information shared with coworkers by supervisors. Values encouraged by management but not practiced by management.
