      Hard work, flexible duties, unprofessional, relaxed dress (uniforms) good benefits and flexibility with time off.

      Pros

      Good benefits, tasks are fairly routine but can be mixed up from day to day. Time-off accomodated for. Very secure job with plenty to do.

      Cons

      Pay not measured well according to performance. Too much expected for little pay. Can be unprofessional in nature as it relates to company activities internaly. No management or other types of feedback from employees is ever welcomed. Promotions and other new positions are given to new recruits instead of offering them to current staff.
