      Pros

      Family oriented private company that looks after its most important clients(employees) and keeps them happy making them more productive and effective.

      Cons

      It is hard work. Not recommend for lazy people not willing to put forth the minimal effort required to show up and do heavy lifting. Batteries are heavy, if you cant deal with that fact, dont apply here.
