Pros

Unfortunately, I don’t have anything positive to say. The “C-Suite” are clueless. The corporate structure makes 0 sense. Most of the middle management has not done any due diligence on getting themselves up to par in basic technology and marketing in retail operations and manufacturing. It takes so long to pitch any improvements and by then what was pitched is outdated. By the time something gets approved it’s been outdated multiple times over. The executive leadership has no clue how awful it is to work at this company. There are senior leaders that blatantly act unprofessionally and disregard the company values and yet they continue to get promoted.

Cons

The HR team is awful. Leadership constantly changes. The IT dept has no clue what is going. There is lack of true DEI. They don’t practice their own policies and shove their values in your face. The preach about trust based vulnerability and then use everything against you. They only want “yes - MEN”. 1 white female execute, the rest are white males. They allow people with 0 clues to make major business decisions while disregarding all valid, logical red flags. They could care less about their franchisees. Lack of financial management. Out of date technology stack that they have wasted millions and millions of dollars on. Analytics and reporting is totally false. Poor network security and lack of understand or concern for customer data protection.

Pros

It was great having a chaplain's department that actually cared about your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and the benefits weren't bad.

Cons

The workload is completely unmanageable, and management refuses to bring on additional help. Being roped into meetings at 11:00 pm, working weekends and then not receiving time off during the week, no potential to move up, unlimited PTO is a joke, and "management by walking around" just to name a few.

Pros

This is a good company to work for.

Cons

Communication could be better, especially within and between different departments.
