      Pros

      Great concept for an inclusive culture. Most team members are wonderful, kind hearted people. Great overall benefits (health, 401K, life-ins, employee events, etc., except salaries).

      Cons

      The new direction that leadership has taken is very disappointing and I believe it could lead to the demise of the company. Most of upper management have their own hiden agenda, which is a far cry from the company's "Purpose and Values"; they're non-caring, non-loving, manipulative, and self-promoting. The Purpose and Values are just words on a wall - "A house divided will fall".

      Pros

      The people I worked with were awesome. They had a great culture and sense of family. Benefits were descent. Very flexible especially if you have a family.

      Cons

      The leadership change and re-org was a complete disaster. The re-org was communicated poorly. At one point our leader told us none of our jobs were safe. As a result, a lot of tenured, hardworking employees were let go. The culture and sense of family has been gutted due to new leadership. I would advise against taking a job here.

      Good fellow employees and Great Distribution Network

      Cons

      Current CEO and many of the Leadership group have replaced compassion, commitment and integrity to their employees, suppliers and distributors with ego, greed and a claim to Christian Principles, which are very false.
