      Pros

      Fun environment, great pay, great location. They really encourage & value their employees. They want to see individuals successful. Provide excellent training.

      Cons

      The opportunity for advancement is not there. Once you hit a certain position, you are capped out from moving up & that also includes salary. No matter how beneficial to the team you are.

      Excellent work environment with a real family attitude even if you are brand new. Very independent, no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings, too many meetings, oh and they have too many meetings.

      Pros

      Emphasis on teamwork, great sense of purpose and values, lots of talk about doing the right thing. If we live our purpose, we can be unstoppable.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. Once you're here, you're pretty much stuck in your position. They talk about developing their people, but they never promote from within. Pay is below average but benefits are above average.
