Management is a joke. They could not manage their way out of a paper bag. They are trying to force an out dated call center model onto their franchisees. Throw in the towel. It is over.

Long hours. Physically demanding. Management treats you like a thief. Every move is watched with incredibly suspicious eyes. Ivory tower decision making that is impractical and focuses on short term gains rather than long term success. Management is heavy-handed and quick to threaten termination over anything.
