Good coworkers in my department.

Cons

Terrible insurance, bad management. Very top heavy with management. The good techs are overloaded while the poorer quality techs make the same hourly but don’t perform.

The benefits are horrible for a family. Mobility and growth is poor. Managers constantly stab other managers in the back and if you viewed as a promising talent no efforts are made to keep you or help you grown
