Pros

can’t really think of one

Cons

Very stingy raises, even for the good techs, was always being told to use shop supplies carefully, if and when we did run out which happened often, management would get upset that we had to buy more even though every customer was charged a a good amount depending on bill for shop supplies, with the stingy raises and the shop supplie issue, i realized the mangers spent company money like it was they which is the right throng to do, but the real reason is that it comes of their bonus every month, and that what this company is , top to bottom worried about their bonuses, most likely because their pay is so little without the bonus, but all that does is hurt every tech in the long run, oh and the 401k, forget it, the worst i have ever even heard of

Pros

Was very happy to have opprotunity to advance quickly and be able to make decisions. Doors were wide open.

Cons

The reason for quick advancement, motives of management, take a highly skilled person and run them to death so there GP looks good at end of month. Insurance is by far the worst ive seen. If Travis Penrod, and Mike masters would actually focus on their current employees instead of trying to by more businesses this company could be more then just a training facility, people dont stay, management is very incompetent, managers should be well rounded and know there products and how to deal with customers. Not the good ole boy system of hey im the boss now i want you to be my 2nd cause your stupid and will kiss my butt. Thats disaster for a company. And when some writes a bad review having one of the managers write a complete phony review to make things seem all better is another sign of poor management and a low quality company. They talk alot but its just words no substance. If you want trained so you can leave this is the ideal place to be. If you think you can be here for a long time you can as well but you obviously dont have any drive to better yourself if you stay. This company cares about one thing and one thing only... the all mighty dollar at the expense of its employees. Managers cant focus on there employees because they are to worried about saving there own butts at the end of the month which enturn gets taken out on employees. Poor managers once again. You can only be as good as your weakest link and when its management your are screwed.

Pros

Huge variety of learning opportunities. If you have initiative and are curious, you'll gain a lot here. Advancement happens regularly from within. I saw many people get promoted over the course of a few years. People are friendly, great to work with. Stay friends with the people on the ground level. They're the hard workers carrying the load. They matter the most.

Cons

Culture is very fast-paced, stressful at times. This can be nice for some, but is generally not a good long-term posture. Management directives are often focused on short-term, small victories but miss out on long-term gains. It feels like 80/20 where they fix or develop something most of the way then move on to the next shiny thing. Benefits are nothing amazing, especially if you need family healthcare.
